Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account? No. Présent has no sign-in. Your answers, ideas and list of people stay on your phone.

Does Présent cost anything? No, the app is free and has no ads. Some links to merchants are affiliate links.

Are the prices exact? Cards show a price range. The real price is the one the merchant shows when you buy.

How do I keep my list when I change phones? In the settings on the home screen, "Back up your list" creates a file. Open that file from the same settings on your new phone.

How do I erase everything? In the settings on the home screen, tap "Erase everything". Nothing can be recovered afterwards.

I don't get reminders. Check that notifications are allowed for Présent in Settings, Notifications, Présent.
